Mont21hub is an innovative hybrid micro primary school that provides learner-centred holistic education by blending Montessori principles with the national curriculum and real world learning for the 21st Century.

Primary Mentor KS2 - Full-Time
Starting January 2026
​
We are seeking an educator to provide support to our learners in our Cambridge hub. You will need to have experience of delivering Key Stage 2 of the national curriculum, with an understanding and appreciation of Montessori pedagogy. You will be responsible for a group of 18 learners of mixed ages.
​
This is a full-time position: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
​
Qualifications and Requirements:​

BEd/PGCE/QTS qualified.

Minimum 3 years experience of Key Stage 2 of the national curriculum.

Knowledge of Montessori pedagogy.

Support student-centred, personalised, self-paced learning via the Century Tech platform.

Preparation and delivery of ILP's, intervention sessions and assignments.

Commitment to the development and delivery of PBL, entrepreneurship and global awareness.

Effective communication skills and ability to build good relationships with learners, colleagues and SLT.

Strive to develop learner independence, confidence, respect and voice & choice.

Fully digitally literate including Google Classrooms, learning platforms and Apps.

Flexible, adaptable with excellent time management and organisational skills.

Regularly communicate and progress updates to parents.

Monitoring and delivery of assessments and to ensure NC learning outcomes are achieved.

Participate in in-person gatherings and events.

Assist, support and champion the mission and aims of the school.
