Help us reimagine primary education

We're building a joyful, future-forward learning community where every child is seen, heard and empowered. If you believe in guiding learners with curiosity, care and creativity, we'd love to meet you.

Why Mont21 Hub

A learner-centred place to grow alongside our children

Mont21 Hub is an innovative hybrid micro primary school that provides learner-centred holistic education by blending Montessori principles with the national curriculum and real world learning for the 21st Century.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated educators who have a similar passion for moving learning on from the current one-size fits-all approach to one where each child is treated with abundance of respect, as a unique individual and to develop autonomy in their learning.

These are not ordinary teaching roles but ones where you will be a co-worker with our learners to guide and support learning, to foster essential human skills and to instil a love of learning in a small connected community.
