The Hub

A hybrid learning environment built around autonomy and belonging

Our innovative hub mirrors real life. Learners move freely to seek collaboration, take quiet time, grab a snack, or switch zones so they can focus in the way that suits them best. It's a human-centred space where independence grows alongside community.

Inside the hub

The physical environment is our learners' third teacher

We believe surroundings shape behaviour. Our hub is carefully curated so that every texture, light source and furnishing signals trust, agency and high expectations of young people.

Learners instinctively know they belong here. They can gather with peers and mentors, take mindful breaks, or choose the zone that helps them concentrate. The layout mirrors the authentic workplaces and studios they will encounter beyond school.

The space fosters collaboration, creativity and wellbeing through thoughtful use of natural materials, generous circulation and purposeful resources.

A Typical Hub Day

Structure that respects rhythm and autonomy

Learners stay energised through choice, movement and purposeful rituals balanced with deep focus time.

8:15 – 9:00

Community arrival & breakfast

Learners settle in, share breakfast and reconnect with friends in the community zone.

9:00

Circle time

We begin together to nurture personal, social and emotional growth, discuss themes and set intentions for the day.

9:20 – 12:20

Personal pathways

Learners follow their individual journeys in English, Maths and Science using our AI-powered platform with one-to-one mentor support and focus groups.

13:20 onwards

Hands-on afternoons

Project Based Learning, entrepreneurship, humanities topics, sport and whole-school "Creator Friday" for music, art, design technology, computing, Spanish and excursions.

15:30

Home time & after school activities

Dismissal is 3:30pm (4:30pm on Wednesdays for P.E). Learners can opt into extracurricular clubs until 5:00pm.

When learners go home there is no homework — just a reading book and weekly spellings — so families can enjoy quality time, hobbies and social activities together.

How it works

Two pathways to match every family lifestyle

Choose the pattern that gives your child the right balance of in-person collaboration, independent study and time for passions. Both options are personalised, supported by qualified mentors and delivered through our AI-powered learning platform.

Option A - Full Hub Days

Learners spend the full school day immersed in the hub community with wraparound mentor support and enrichment.

Option B - Hybrid Attendance

Families blend hub days with remote learning, selecting the rhythm that works for travel, projects or family life.

We co-create schedules with each family so transitions between hub days, remote learning and wider commitments feel seamless.

Continuous assessment through our platform keeps parents and mentors aligned with next steps in real time.
